Lesson with the self-awareness teacher (15 min)

Whenever you feel down, stressed, you have fears, you think you are unhappy, you complain about life etc, whenever you are in a state of any misery small or big it means it is tiem to start a dialogue with yourself.

It means you stopped seeing the real you.

If you think that one day you will wake up and the world will be different and you will feel differently it won’t happen. Because it is the same thinking as: one day I will wake up and I will speak a foreign language.

Any state of mind that makes you feel unhappy or uncomfortable is the result of the thinking habit you have. And transforming a harmful habit into a sound habit needs a process. It means it needs TIME and EFFORT.

This process also needs tools.

You will get all the tools needed during a lesson. You will be obtaining them in a process of healing. You will also obtain teacher’s supervision of your process.
