The state of depression is just as heavy an ailment as any other physical disease. The process of healing starts with acknowledging that a person with depression needs rehabilitation. Unfortunately, there is no instant cure- you can heal depression only by accepting the process and getting to its origins.
How long does it take? Each healing process, just as each reasons for depression, is absolutely individual and will always last as long as your condition requires.
