I invite you on a journey aimed at discovering the true happiness of being together.
The first step toward finding genuine happiness with another person is building a partnership with yourself.
The news—both the good and the bad—is that your current partner reflects what is blocking you from forming that partnership with yourself.
To build a partnership with someone else, you must first get to know yourself and heal what you carry within.
How long will this journey take? Until you reach your destination. Yet, even along the way, you will begin to notice a shift in how you experience happiness—both within yourself and with your partner.
How does the process work?
The process follows an iterative approach, combining joint sessions with individual work.
The first joint session with your partner lasts one hour.
In this session, we focus on two key areas:
Addressing a specific problem, argument, or misunderstanding. During the session, you will identify your own contribution to the issue, while your partner will do the same. You will receive exercises for individual practice, along with tools to help you navigate such situations together.
Exploring expectations toward your partner. Paradoxically, examining these expectations opens the door to deepening the connection you have with yourself. You will also receive exercises for individual practice in this area.
Individual Work
Individual work consists of daily exercises that you receive during your joint sessions. Additionally, the starter pack includes four 30-minute individual sessions, designed to help you delve deeper into the topics and ensure the process is progressing effectively.
The starter pack includes: one one-hour joint session and four 30-minute individual sessions (two for each partner)
